When you crush a workout on Cadoo, you don't just get credit — you can get a shareable: a short highlight clip of your verified workout, styled up and ready to post. It's the fun, bragging-rights side of Cadoo, and because it's built from a workout the camera already verified, everything in it is real. Here's what a shareable contains and how it's made.
What a shareable is
A shareable is a highlight clip generated from a recorded camera workout — one of the video activities like pushups, squats, situps, pullups or dips. It takes the workout you filmed and turns it into a clean, branded clip you can save and share. (Step games and other non-camera activities don't create a shareable, since there's no video to build from.)
What's inside a shareable
Your shareable is your own workout video, dressed up with the details that make it yours:
- Your real workout footage as the base.
- A pose overlay that traces your movement — or a skin, a styled look layered onto your body (more on skins in a moment).
- Your rep count and your form score / credited reps, so the clip shows the work you actually did.
- Cadoo branding, so it's clearly a Cadoo win.
How a shareable is made
It comes together in a few automatic steps:
- You record your workout in the app.
- Cadoo's AI pose tracking verifies it — counting your reps, scoring your form, and mapping the key points of your body as you move.
- Those body points and your footage are rendered together into a highlight clip, with your stats and styling composited on top.
- The finished clip lands back in the app, ready to save and share.
Which workouts get a shareable
You get a free shareable on your first workout in a game, so you can see what they're about. Beyond that, shareables are available in eligible games — including premium, private, and special branded games. A big win can also earn a special winner clip to mark the moment.
Where to find and share yours
Your shareable shows up with your workout submission in the app once it's ready. From there you can download it and post it wherever you like — it's your clip, your reps, your win.
Make it yours with skins
Shareables can be styled with skins — a look layered onto your clip, from the default Cadoo style to full branded kits. Skins are how a plain highlight becomes a piece of branded, personality-packed content. Do a camera activity like pushups, squats, situps, pullups or dips, and your next shareable is one workout away.
